I just placed an order, when it will deliver?

We will deliver your products after your confirmation.  It will take from 3 to 5 business days

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

The customers have the right to exchange or return the purchase, provided that the products are not used and  inside the original packaging within 14 days .

Refund can take up to 10 days depending the terms and conditions 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is for free all around Doha for items 2,700 Qr and above . Below 2,700 Qr  we charge 45 Qr for delivery
